This is a deposit on your Key Fob that allows you 24 Hour access to the facility.

This One-Time Fee is refundable upon returning the key if you leave the gym.

After completing a detailed health evaluation, I design a program that is customized to reach your specific goal. Our sessions run 60-90 minutes for a few reasons. 

 

1. Unlike other gyms, we don’t overbook appointments. There will never be a situation where your “50-minute session” is up and we send you on your way no matter what we are doing. We take our time with our clients and give them the best bang for their buck. 

2. Depending on your program some sessions may take longer than others. Example: Leg Days are sometimes longer than a core day.

 

REFERRAL/GUEST PROGRAM

When you refer a new member to the gym you will receive a free additional month to your membership.

Guests... The first time is free,

Everytime after that is just $5 per day.
