About Matt Jaskier: Owner
I began my coaching career in 2010, became a gym owner in 2013. I specialize in a number of disciplines including pre/post surgery/rehab training, body tempering, stretch rehab & strongman/powerlifting competition prep as well as working with beginners to manage their weight and build their strength.

Our sessions run 60-90 minutes for a few reasons.
1. Unlike other gyms, we don’t overbook appointments. There will never be a situation where your “45-minute session” is up and we send you on your way no matter what we are doing. We take our time with our clients and give them the best bang for their buck.
2. Depending on your program some sessions may take longer than others. Example: Leg Days are sometimes longer than a core day.

REFERRALS/GUEST PASSES
When you refer a new member to the gym you will receive a free additional month to your membership.
Guest Passes are $10 when accompanying a member and $20 for outsiders.
All tours, sign-ups & guest passes must be done with 24 hours notice.
Walk-ins are not allowed.
